Article status

I've made some significant additions to this article today. It is still at outline status (as it has been fairly skeletal for a while now) but I feel it might be a usable article now. As I have made most of the recent changes I'm reluctant to upgrade the status without some agreement from others. Your thoughts? Is it usable? (WT-en) Cardboardbird 04:19, 30 January 2010 (EST)
