Talk:Mémorial Charles de Gaulle
Hello, I have been working for the Mémorial Charles de Gaulle, and I own the credi to use this picture.

- Additionally, WT does not usually have articles about specific attractions. Any details of Memorial Charles de Gaulle belong in the city where it is located. Please place it there, but no copyrighted text please. --(WT-en) Burmesedays 07:06, 30 November 2009 (EST)
- I am not sure what the legal situation in France is, but under English, and American, copyright and common law, any work you do for and on behalf of an employer is owned by the employer, not you, unless you and your employer have an agreement that explicitly says otherwise. The Wikivoyage editing submission form says All contributions must be your own original work .... The operative word are your, own, original. The fact that it appears on another website, first, means that while it might be your work, you do not appear to own it exclusively, but share that ownership with someone else, and it is not original, otherwise it would have been submitted here first. -- (WT-en) Huttite 07:51, 30 November 2009 (EST)
