Rename to Minoh

This is a rare instance in Japan where a less common naming convention is the norm. "Minoh" is used by the city itself as its English name [1] as well as the Tourism Bureau of the city [2]. An additional advantage is that it distingushes it more from the Mino in Gifu Prefecture, but the main point is that "Minoh" is used as the city's official name.
