Explanation of blanking of "See"

I blanked the "See" section from the initial contributor because:

1. It contained a reference to an external web site that wasn't the official town one (but apparently a regional one).
2. It appeared to be a copyvio from an older version of [1] (accessible through the Google Cache, at least for now).
