Removal from Sleep section

I removed the following listing from the Sleep section due to the anonymous post below it.

• Villa Parthenon, [1]. Luxurious private villa close to Puerto Plata, and only 5 minutes walk to the broad sandy beach at Costambar.Private pool and jacuzzi,oversized bedrooms all with private bathroom, a/c,cable t.v.

Note this is a scam. The owner Mark Alleyne, and Thomas Belcher have been successfully sued in the New York Civil court. The owners have attempted to avoid payment of damages awarded by the court, refuse to provide addresses for service and insist that you wire money to their accomplice Michael Degler to some Miami bank before they will even give you any information. Many of the electrical appliances don't because they are broken or there are regular power outages in the building and the owners refuse (unlike nearby owner of vacation homes in the Dominican Republic to provide a back up generator for the house). THIS IS NOT YOUR ALL INCLUSIVE HOTEL NOR IS IT A REPUTABLE HOTEL. There is rampart drug use and prostitution in the area and it is not truly suitable for a family vacation. For a copy of the court decision write to cheznous440@gmail.com. You will never be given the name and address of a property owner and Michael Degler will find anyway that he can to avoid providing a mailing address for himself. He will insist on email and that you wire money to one of the Miami banks, a procedure used in the past by drug dealers.

 I would keep this since it will protect many from these scammers.  I had personal experience with these guys.  They are not to be trused
