Hierarchic status of this region
editThis is basically Harghita County, Covasna County and part of Mureș County. Which is almost the East region of Transylvania, but not quite. So given that this region does not include the whole Mureș County, shouldn't this be an extraregion? And then the parent of the 3 counties should be Transylvania, rather than Szeklerland?
- There are only 11 city articles under this whole region, so I believe that the three county articles should be merged and redirected here. We've already gotten rid of county articles for most of the country, and I don't see a good reason to have that additional region layer here. Can we pull them back to here? - Not really ... because Mureș County is not fully in Szeklerland. I think it would not only confuse things but also upset most Romanians. I'd rather redirect this region to Transylvania and keep the counties. All of Transylvania is still subdivided in counties, because so far there hasn't been another good way to subdivide it. - It's less than half of the county, as you can see here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sz%C3%A9kely_Land#mediaviewer/File:T%C3%B6rt_Sz%C3%A9kelyf%C3%B6ld.png IonutBizau (talk) 07:13, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
