General usage information

This template should be added to a user talk page when a user is blocked, and their contribution history might contain edits that would lead other users to the blocked user's talk page. The goal is to reduce confusion rather than to document blocks; for example, if the blocked user has left user talk page messages or reverted edits from other users, those users are likely to go to the blocked user's talk page to discuss the blocked user's actions. Use of this template is a quick way to inform other users that the actions of the blocked user may have been malicious or counter to the goals of Wikivoyage.
