Usage
This template is used with the Star articles page to present a star article blurb in a standard format.

It gives the following result:

Parameters
- image
- The name of the image for the star article (leave off the "Image:" namespace prefix).
- size
- (Optional) The size of the image. Defaults to 200px.
- article
- The name of the star article.
- description
- The descriptive text that appears with the image.
