Template talk:Region skeleton

I added the {{stub}} message to this template because it is going to be a stub when it is inserted into an article. -- (WT-en) Huttite 20:47, 2 Jan 2005 (EST)

==Stay safe== was missing from this template, though it was in the main template. -- (WT-en) Huttite 05:21, 3 Jan 2005 (EST)

Uh, why does the Regions template have a "regions" heading? (WT-en) Majnoona 11:43, 26 Jan 2006 (EST)

I see some problems with this as well. There are some regions that need additonal breakdown before cites. Good example is Southern California, but a lot of people start posting "counties" under this. (see the 52 counties listed in North Dakota. For the "most" part counties are not a good breakdown. I think regions in regions is explained in the template pertty good, Project:Region_article_template#Regions but it is abused from my point of view. -- (WT-en) Xltel 12:20, 26 Jan 2006 (EST)

Next time I'll RTFM. Actually I was even putting it down in a sub-region where it makes perfect sense. Agree that it might not always be used correctly, but that's more of an editorial issue than a problem with the template. (WT-en) Majnoona 13:12, 26 Jan 2006 (EST)

On a related note, I was also lost: all this talk belongs on Project:Region article template. I clicked on the search results without checking the namespace. My bad. (WT-en) Majnoona 13:15, 26 Jan 2006 (EST)
