Toa Baja is a municipality and town of 75,000 residents (2020) in the Toa Valley region of San Juan's metropolitan area in Puerto Rico along the island's Atlantic coast. The municipality is home to Levittown, one of the most important suburban communities of San Juan. Toa Baja is known as the "Underwater City".

    You can drive around the pueblo or park your car and walk around the square and into the plaza. The Spanish law, which regulated life in Puerto Rico in the early 19th century, stated the plaza's purpose was for celebrations and festivities.
