Oghu festival is cultural dance celebrated by Njiaba, Isu, Oru and Nwangele environs which occasionally takes place between the last week of May through to the mid of August, where each community has specified dates for their exhibition aimed at promoting peace and unity through-out the communities.
the Oghu dance festival is an apex cultural activity exhibited through out the 9 communities that made up the ancient kingdom of Aka-land, the Oghu cultural dance steps are only displayed by male folks accompanied by colorful masquerades.
