The enchanting archipelago of the region is composed of:
- San Domino, the most populated and touristy;
- San Nicola, the historical heart of the Tremiti Islands dominated by the towers of San Nicola and the Abbey of Santa Maria a Mare, with a mosaic floor and imposing walls;
- Capraia, uninhabited and wild, a paradise for passionate divers, with breathtaking dives in Punta Secca and Cala dei Turchi;
