  • [formerly dead link] ÅSSA Industry and Car Museum. A museum of Åtvidaberg's industrial heritage.
  • FACIT. A factory in Åtvidaberg: once a world-leading producer of mechanical calculators, this industry failed to adapt to the digital revolution. The factory is deserted, and remains a monument of a past age.

The area is dominated by forests and lakes, and is great for outdoor life.
