edit- Palace of King Abdulaziz. Clay palace built between 1911 and 1916.
- 1 Al Faw archaeological site (100 km SW from Wadi al-Dawasir). Nowdays a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this was once an important crossroads and trading town, which was abandoned in the 5th century CE.
