Indian Spammer edit

Altering phone numbers on the Indian Subcontinent -- possibly a tout trying to drum up business or worse. Pages altered include Puri, Lahore, Kalimpong and many others. Multiple IP Addresses used including 121.247.229.171, 203.148.64.20, 121.246.3.78 and many others. See "Phone number spam" discussion in the pub.
