Cape Town Bias?

It's quite obvious that this is largely written by a Capetonian. 107 is not an official emergency number in South Africa, but rather directs to Cape Town Metro Emergency when dialled through a CT exchange (and over landlines only). Also, I could easily debate whether Durban is more popular with the Gauteng crowd during winter school holidays, and if it isn't in fact Cape Town who attracts local tourists to a "lesser extend (sic)".
