editWindsor is a small town on the outskirts of Binghamton, not far from the PA border. There is one grocery store, a pharmacy, a few cafes and bars. There's also a park with a swimming pool, basketball courts, playground and little league (and softball) fields. There are more than a few farms in Windsor and fresh produce being sold on the village green during the summertime farmer's market every Saturday.
