Kosovo offers diverse winter activities for outdoor enthusiasts which include skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and freeriding. Three ski centers, namely Brezovica, Brod, and Boge, cater to different skill levels. Brezovica boasts excellent snow quality and slopes, while Brod and Boge are ideal for beginners. Snowshoeing allows you to explore frost-covered landscapes and enjoy traditional food in remote mountain villages. Winter activities are available from December to March, depending on weather conditions.

editSnow in Kosovo falls from December to March. The best months are January and February.
How to go
editPublic transport to the skiing destinations is not available. Access is best from nearby towns, Prizren and Ferizaj for Sharr and Peja for Bogë.
