"Cities" section is actually a standard part of region articles like this one and if anything, it should not be duplicated at "see". Please see Project:Region article template for more info on what goes to which section in region articles.

By the way, I've already tried to briefly explain why I was reverting your edits in the edit summary of the first revert. – (WT-en) Vidimian 12:28, 19 July 2010 (EDT)
