Due to some weird funding restrictions, the DCM is currently only open to Detroit Public Schools students and not the general public, as indicated here:

  • 1 Detroit Children's Museum, 6134 2nd Ave, ☏ +1 313 873 8100. M-F 9AM-4PM. Detroit's Children's Museum is the third oldest children's museum in the country.
