Problem with status/category edit

For some reason usable rural area articles are not appearing in Category:Ruralarea articles. Does anyone know why this is not working? I think it must be caused by a hidden category but I'm not sure where the issue is located. --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 14:18, 17 June 2020 (UTC)
