Franklin is a municipality in the regional county municipality (MRC) of Le Haut-Saint-Laurent, in the region of Montérégie, in Quebec, Canada. This municipality includes the Saint-Antoine-Abbé sector located northeast of the village of Franklin.

Located in southwestern Quebec, Franklin is an agritourism municipality, notably with its orchards and cider houses. There are several shops offering local products. Franklin is mainly agricultural and forestry. The rural settings offer charming beauty, particularly the mountain and the breathtaking views it offers.

Franklin is particularly known for its Canadian border crossing (route 209 in Quebec) and the "US Customs and Border Protection - Churubusco Inspection Station" (route 189 in New York State).

The southern limit of Franklin is backed by the Canada-US border; this southern limit stretches over 9.86 km, between Havelock (to the east) and Hinchinbrooke (to the west). The village of Saint-Antoine-Abbé is located 3.7 km (in a direct line) northeast of the village of Franklin.
