Haut-Madawaska is a town in the Saint John River Valley region of New Brunswick.

editHaut-Madawaska is a town in the New Brunswick Panhandle, and extends to the meeting point of the borders between Maine, New Brunswick and Quebec. It was formed in 2023 by amalgamating the previous incorporated rural community of the same name with the villages of Baker-Brook, Clair, Lac Baker, Saint-François de Madawaska, and Saint-Hilaire.

editHaut-Madawaska is west of Edmundston on Route 120. It is across the river from and has an international border crossing with Fort Kent, Maine, at the northern terminus of U.S. Highway 1.

edit- 1 150th Century Hall Museum (Musée de la Salle du 150e), 2017 Rue Commerciale, Saint-François (Saint-François-Xavier Catholic church basement), ☏ +1 506-992-2259. The 150th room is full of souvenirs and objects that have been the property of the Saint-François citizens. The room was inaugurated in 2009, year marking the 150th anniversary of the district.
- 2 Baker Brook No. 2 Covered Bridge (Pont couvert Ruisseau Baker no 2), Chemin Joseph Morneault. The covered bridge, closed to traffic but accessible by walking or cycling, was built in 1939 and is 28.9 m (95 ft) long.

The historical society is located in the Maison Daigle-St-Jean (1848). The collection includes agricultural tools, furniture dating from 1800 and artifacts dating from 1850.

- 5 Ledges… Pioneers Place (Ledges… Place des Pionniers), 2033 Rue Commerciale, Saint-François-de-Madawaska, ☏ +1 506-992-6055. The Place des Pionniers (Pioneers Place) is a small-scale reproduction of the village of Saint-François, formerly known as Ledges. The village includes miniature reproduction buildings, including the family home, the church, the farm, the post office, the school and the general store.
- 6 Maxime Albert Complex (Complexe Maxime-Albert), 2167 Rue Centrale, Saint-Hilaire, ☏ +1 506-258-3307. House that once belonged to Maxime-Albert and his family, it was the production site of the famous moonshine. The Taverne Maxime-Albert (English: Maxime Albert's Tavern) is open to the public and serves as the main site of the Festival de la Bagosse of Saint-Hilaire.

Mr. Robert Connors, also known as "King of the St-John River", is the founder of Connors and he had this wooden church built at the end of the 19th century.
