Idagunji (Kannada: ಇಡಗುಂಜಿ) is a city in Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka.

editIdagunji is 480 km away from Bangalore, 140 km from Mangalore and 195 km from Goa. There are many bus connections available like Seabird, VRL, SRL, and Sugama. A train (Konkan Train) connection is available from Mangalore. There are also Sleeper/seater buses like Seabird, VRL and SRS that depart from Bangalore and go to Murdeshwara and Honnavara. You can get on a minibus from there to Idagunji which takes around 30 minutes at most.

edit- Murdeshwara is around 30 km from Idagunji. The beach offering watersports activities, and a very beautiful Shiva temple are the main attractions there.
