town and civil parish in Worcestershire
Kidderminster is in Worcestershire. Whilst not your typical tourist destination, you may end up here to visit relatives or the like. Mostly harmless, can boast of having a lock
Wouldn't really recommend doing so, but by car it is pretty simple.
- 1 Severn Valley Railway (Kidderminster Station), 1 Comberton Place, ☏ , ✉ email@example.com. 09:00am - 17:00. The Severn Valley Railway operates full-size, mainly steam-hauled passenger trains along the beautiful Severn Valley between Kidderminster, Bewdley and Bridgnorth. Stop off at The Engine House, the Visitor Centre at Highley, to discover the collection of steam locomotives, themed exhibitons, and shop, restaurant and outdoor play area. Country stations at Arley, Highley and Hampton Loade are well worth a visit. A train ride not enough? Then how about a Footplate Experience where you can drive a steamtrain.
