  • 1 Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant (Olkiluodon ydinvoimala) (5 km towards Rauma along E8, then 13 km along Olkiluodontie; at times there is also free bus transport from Rauma to the visitor centre and back), +358 2 8381-5221, . Daily 10:00–20:00. The source of a third of Finland's electricity, with three reactors. Reactor number 3 was expected to be finished in five years, in 2010, but was not ready for use until 2023. The plant has a visitor centre with a science exhibition. Check in time whether booking is needed and what security clearance is needed (you at least need an official ID). Free.
  • 2 Eurajoki Church, Kirkkotie 8. Yellow wooden church, finished in 1803 during the last few years of Swedish rule. As such it's also known as Kustaa Adolfin kirkko, Gustav Adolf's church, probably after Gustav IV Adolf who ruled Sweden (and Finland) at the time.
