Ososo is a town in Akoko-Edo Local Government Area of Edo State, Nigeria. The town is famous for its rockie nature has overtime become a tourists haven.

Ososo is located in Akoko-Edo in Edo State's northwestern region, at an average elevation of 1236 feet above sea level. It has a temperate climate that is similar to Jos, Plateau State. The highest point is a massive monolith known as the Oruku rock. The village is a tourist haven due to the various sizes and shapes of rocks and hills.

Held yearly to showcase the rich cultural heritage and tourism potential of the sleepy community, the 2019 edition, which has as its theme, Afekhafe (Home is home), featured events such as, street dance, arena-based performances, beauty pageant, mountaineering, musical concert, bonfire, arts and fashion exhibition, visual creativity, and sporting activities.

• 1 Ososo Tourist Centre. This centre is located atop the rocky area of Ososo in Akoko-Edo local government, north of Edo state. It presents beautiful scenery for nature lovers and rock climbers.
  
  It's equipped with lodge four chalets and a main lounge consisting of a kitchen, restaurant and bar.Ososo is a hilly and rocky town situated on the boundary between Edo and Kogi states.
