This region includes the counties of Harrison, Shelby, Audubon, Pottawattamie, Cass, Adair, Mills, Montgomery, Adams, Fremont, Page, and Taylor.

The biggest city in the area is Council Bluffs in Pottawattamie County, across from Omaha on the eastern edge of Nebraska.
