editThere's lots of information on Aberystwyth about:
"True capital of Wales"?
editWho actually calls Aberystwyth the "True Capital of Wales"? Machynlleth is known as the "Ancient Capital of Wales" - could this be the source of the confusion?
- On this web site from Aberystwyth University [1] it refers to the town as the "True Cultral Capital of Wales," not the 'True Capital'. Perhaps that's what the original contributor wanted to say. What do you think? (WT-en) WindHorse 11:48, 25 February 2007 (EST)
Adding to this article
editIn good faith I tried to improve & flesh out aspects of this article but it appears that changes aren't really welcome at Wikivoyage (thanks for pointing this out, WindHorse). Shame.
Welsh Vs English names
editFor the sake of clarity I think that is a better to place the less common of the two names in brackets. When the two names are divided by a slash they could be mistaken for one long name, especially if the names are short. At least that's my opinion, but if you feel strongly about it, then use the slash. There is really not that much difference. (WT-en) WindHorse 11:42, 25 February 2007 (EST) Ps. I'm sorry I couldn't communicate with you directly, but you don't have a Talk page.
