Is this page necessary? Shimoyoshida is part of a larger town, Fujiyoshida, and I'm not convinced it's a separate tourist destination. Dunno. Right now, Fujiyoshida forwards to Fuji Five Lakes ... but that could be split if enough content were available. --Douglaspperkins (talk) 11:12, 3 April 2016 (UTC)

There is a tendency here to sometimes create more articles than needed just to cover every district. The article is fairly empty so if you are sure it is part of Fujiyoshida then by all means merge. --Andrewssi2 (talk) 12:37, 3 April 2016 (UTC)

Ah, see what you mean, Fujiyoshida isn't an article yet. That said it seems Fuji Five Lakes is a 'bottom leaf' article presently, so if Shimoyoshida is part of that then it should still be merged up until someone decides to divide things up formally. --Andrewssi2 (talk) 12:40, 3 April 2016 (UTC)
