Introduced drink and Sleep seems advertisement, isn't it? --220.109.40.109 09:57, 28 December 2006 (EST)

"Drink" and "Sleep" are perfectly normal sections for a city article. Do you have problems with any particular listings there? -- (WT-en) Bill-on-the-Hill 10:28, 28 December 2006 (EST)

NAKASU edit

Well, there's nothing about NAKASU yet. And I don't think Kabuki and No really represent what Fukuoka is about. We need more about the vibrant-ness and youth of the city.

Edit on Mami-chan restaurant edit

I deleted an opinion on this listing, which noted that the ramen was "no good." I changed it to a more tactful description, highlighting that the restaurant is known for its other menu choices and not its ramen.

Edit to Infinity in the Drink Section edit

The description of events was outdated, last update was 2007. The website for an Infinity did not promote these events.

Concerning bike parking edit

When I travel to Tenjin, I park my bike on the same block and pay ¥100 for the whole day. I think this is important information to have on the wiki- stating that there is pay to park for bikes, at a very reasonable price.

Thanks. Did it.

Tour of Hakata edit

I was trying to follow the instructions, but it ended miserably before reaching the first goal (marching three kids under 6 yrs through 37 degrees weather is no fun). I "posthumously" noticed it would be much better if we started it at Gion station instead of Hakata. I added the hint; maybe somebody could add the time needed (should be about 5 minutes). Linking to blog? edit

The following change added a link to a blog about restuarents in Fukuoka. I guess it isn't touting because it is listing all restuarents, but I'm not convinced it is allowed. Does anyone know? --Andrewssi2 (talk) 04:54, 23 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

No, it's not allowed, based on a different policy: external links#what not to link to. Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:08, 23 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
