"Learn" section moved from article

This "Learn" section doesn't seem to be useful to people visiting Gandhinagar for 2 weeks or less. If any of these institutions in Gandhinagar offer short courses, please restore the section and listings in question, specifying which courses can be taken in 2 weeks or less, or at least perhaps during the summer.

PDPU is an energy - focused university, having schools of Petroleum Technology (for petroleum engineering), Petroleum Management (MBA specializing in Oil and Gas), Solar Energy, Nuclear Energy, Liberal Studies and Technology (for civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial engineering branches).
