Merge or redirect somewhere?

This article has been sitting abandoned for over 2 years with only (unhelpful) get in info and nothing else. A look on both Google Maps and OpenStreetMap indicate that there is nothing of note in Girei either – nothing to see, do, nowhere to eat or sleep, essentially failing WV:WIAA. I'd merge it somewhere but I can't see anywhere that's appropriate to merge this to other than the state article – leaving the other option, list this on WV:VFD.
