Merge into the Issyk Kul and the Tian Shan region edit
Since all sights and dos from Issyk Kul and the Tian Shan have been moved into the according villages, both region articles about Issyk Kul are now kind of overlapping.
I therefore propose, we move Issyk Kul into the actual region article and just transfer information and maybe highlight Issyk Kul a little.
