Tour agency listings and touting

I just reverted an edit. I'm not sure I was right to revert all of it. Information that helps travelers is desirable, except that I'm troubled by how much tour agencies are being promoted in this article, with or without the edits I reverted. Do you all have any suggestions on how to help travelers by presenting the largest quantity of useful information without promoting tour agencies unnecessarily?
