Not really what the "Buy" section is intended for on this site, but I move this text here in case it might be somehow useful for "Understand":
Real estate in Katonah and the larger town of Bedford is quite expensive. Many areas are four acre zoning districts. Lakeside properties, particularly those around Lake Katonah, are especially sought after. More affordable housing can be sought in Mount Kisco.
