Concerns about itineraries and tour listings
editThis article looks like it covers a set of destinations that should be covered on Wikivoyage. However, I'm concerned that the specific itinerary that's been put up is just someone's personal itinerary and doesn't conform to the policy laid out at Wikivoyage:Itineraries:
"An itinerary article should be a guide for traveling along a specific, recognized route and not merely a suggested sightseeing schedule."
I am also concerned that the tour listing in "Go next" may not conform to Wikivoyage's tour policy.
I am inclined to summarily delete the itinerary in this article, and perhaps even the "Itinerary" subtitle overall, but I'm inclined to allow the tour listing as a value-added activity within the tour policy.
I look forward to everyone's comments.
All the best,

- I notice that someone also tried to insert an entry for Lake Erie Circle Tour in the Sandusky article. Even if the listing is allowable, it cannot be put in more than one article. If it has been inserted in several articles, it looks like advertising spam, rather than a valuable activity listing. Ikan Kekek (talk) 21:55, 21 January 2013 (UTC)
