To do / outstanding issues

• Chinatown -- own section? Probably not enough for it's own page, but maybe... (fyi it's about 2 square blocks, mostly restaurants)
• The Underground City -- Infobox? Or own subsection? (fyi basically a bunch of connected malls, but interesting history/culture/trivia)
