Time Zone

For those unaware, Mungindi is an unusual town, located both in NSW and Queensland. Problem is NSW follows Daylight Savings, and Queensland doesn't. That means that the town is in two different time zones during summer. This article uses NSW time, although I do not think that would work. Now while most of the listings are in NSW, the Qld side is still not to be forgotten. Here were my proposals onto how to solve this:

1. Use full postal addresses and leave a better note in the understand section
2. Have a template to resolve this issue (which works)
3. Mention it instead of leaning towards the NSW side because KevRobbAU and I live on this side
4. Having separate sections for both
