"Bistro, The Restaurant" listing in "Eat"

Is this just a touty attempt at a second listing for this resort? I put in contact information for the resort to save the Usable status that I probably should not have advanced this article to, but I couldn't find any mention of the name of any restaurant on that site, nor is it the least bit clear anyone who's not staying at the resort can eat there. I'm afraid that unless we can establish that, this "Eat" listing should be deleted and this article should be returned to Outline status. Any insight, anyone?
