Merge up

Should the regions of Brecknockshire, Radnorshire and Montgomeryshire be merged up into Powys? Little information at sub-region level and generally accepted in U.K. regions to have a reasonable number of small locations. --Traveler100 (talk) 21:07, 14 August 2016 (UTC)
