Visible on this page (and no other Wikivoyage page). The issue is that it's a small picture and because it's the only image uploaded by the user (in 2009), it's considered to be a likely violation of someone's copyright. The file also has no EXIF data except for "_error". And it's also attributed to "hollywood tourism." Therefore, the claim of copyright violation seems well-founded. I will remove the thumbnail.
