I just added a good deal of content. The only thing I took out was the recommendation of the Naudical Bean coffee shop. It just isn't a local attraction. (WT-en) Smtomak 04:58, 6 July 2007 (EDT)

Best tri tip? meh. edit
There's a reason it's called "Santa Maria Style" tri tip.
Not that there is any good permanent restaurant for tri tip in Santa Maria. Just drive down broadway over the weekend. Alternatively look up Jocko's in Nipomo (15 minutes and worth the drive in the evening) and Far Western Tavern in Guadalupe (25 minutes down the 1)
