Where is the Outer West?

The Outer West, in the main Sydney article is the area west of Parramatta and east of the Blue Mountains, so Blacktown, Penrith and surrounding areas. Richmond is a currently defined as satellite town, as is Windsor --(WT-en) Inas 00:39, 18 September 2008 (EDT)
