Even allowing for the discussion above...

The existing sets of districts seem to be sourced from this page and I'm not sure that they map onto Sydney as a whole all that well.

For example, where does Fox Studios belong? What about Centennial Park ? Southern Beaches? It seems a bit unlikely to me. And those districts are really focused on the centre of the city. Where is the Sutherland Shire? Where is the region west of the North Shore that includes the Northern train line and Macquarie University?

I think we need to break up the Outer West and South West into a few more divisions, add a district for the Randwick area (whatever it's called), and a few more. Anyone want to come up with a slightly more fine-grained set of districts? -- (WT-en) Hypatia 15:30, 14 Sep 2004 (EDT)
