What does merging mean, in a case like this? There's not really any information, but do we want to mention regions or in this case regency names in the main article (East Java)? Tulungagung seems to develop tourist information etc. under the regency name, so it should probably be somewhere. JuliasTravels (talk) 20:04, 23 March 2013 (UTC)
