Merge and redirect?

Redirection reason

Sadly, I can't confirm whether the Wikivoyage description of Ukrah is reliable, since the corresponding Wikipedia article has nothing more than census data. I think it is the description of the fictitious Nagarukhra town. Better redirecting to the region article unless any of our Indian Wikivoyage community ever visit Ukrah.
