Merge with Lijiang?

I've been to Yulong County, and I'm having difficulty seeing it as a destination that is separate from Lijiang. The county covers a wide area, which includes not only rural areas but also part of the main urban area of Lijiang. In fact, the Yulong County government building is less than 5 km by road from the Lijiang City government building, and the Yulong Bus Station is just opposite Lijiang Railway Station (which unlike some railway stations in China, is only a few kilometres from the city centre). So in my view, this article should be merged with the Lijiang article. That said, I would be in favour of creating a separate article on the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
