Tópaga is a village in the Boyacá department of Colombia.

An important battle during Colombia's independence wars took place in 1819, when Spanish (Royalist) forces, temporarily headquartered in the Tópaga mills, battled against independentist forces led by Simon Bolivar arriving from the North.
