A country's tourism site should only go in the country's top level article, right at the beginning. Indonesia has such a link to my-indonesia.info, is that no longer the official site? However, all other locations should have only their own sites listed (e.g. Jakarta links to the city's own website, [1]), and References sections are not used anywhere. — (WT-en) D. Welcome to Wikivoyage-guidelines for editing

edit

Hi Indonesia.travel, Jan is on holidays at the moment so a response to your recent enquiry at User talk:(WT-en) Jc8136 may be a bit delayed. Perhaps you might like to have a read of the welcome to newcomers article as that may assist in understanding some of the editing policies and guidlines that apply to editing Wikivoyage articles. This welcome to tourism professionals would also be a recommended read and also in particular the article on how to use external links. Also please do not forget to sign your edits on Discussion pages using the ~~~~ so other people know who it is that has left a comment or message. It might be a good idea to hold back on any further contributions to the Indonesian Wikivoyage articles until you have a fuller understanding of the editing and external links policies. I hope this may assist. (WT-en) felix 01:21, 24 October 2010 (EDT)
